Robson Cotter Insolvency Group is conscious of the challenges being experienced by all stakeholders who are exposed to insolvency processes. This includes parties that are on the “Debtor” side (eg Directors of distressed entities and individuals), as well as the “Creditor” side, be it trade suppliers, employees or banks, financiers and statutory bodies.
We strive to balance the needs and expectations of all parties, working within the strict framework provided by the Corporations Act and Bankruptcy Act which set the guiding rules around formal insolvency processes in Australia, as well as the Code of Professional Practice for our industry and the guidelines and expectations set down from time to time by the Regulators involved in those processes.
Notwithstanding the above, where it is considered our efforts may have fallen short, we maintain a Complaints Handling Process for the purposes of dealing with those circumstances. Accordingly, we value your feedback (both positive and negative) and ensure all Stakeholders we are committed to resolving complaints fairly, efficiently and courteously within the bounds of the law and regulations within which we operate.
